📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our organization.Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.Manage training budgets and ensure that all training expenses are accounted for and approved.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.Maintain and update all training materials, including manuals, handouts, and online resources.Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training management software.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
