📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of purchased goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in preparing purchase reports and presentations.
  • Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the palm oil industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to supplier locations if required.
