📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Lead and mentor a team of HR staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a strong and diverse workforce.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitive and attractive benefits packages.,Partner with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
