📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures.,Train and supervise junior lab technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.,Conduct research and development activities to improve laboratory processes and techniques.,Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of laboratory activities and results.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.,Ability to travel for business purposes, if required.
