In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that help our employees grow and succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall employee experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Evaluate and select training providers and vendors as needed.,Provide feedback and support to managers and employees on their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, corporate training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Moodle.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
