📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Promoting and merchandising products to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
