📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Managing a team of employees and delegating tasks effectively,Monitoring performance and providing feedback,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to senior management and providing updates on operations,Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues,Participating in training and development programs for employees,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of managing teams and projects,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Previous experience in a similar role in the Pontianak area is a plus
