📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including tax calculations and deductions.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
