📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the firm's external audit engagements, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.,Develop and implement audit strategies and plans to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.,Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk and control weaknesses.,Prepare and present audit reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to support the firm's overall business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest developments in auditing and financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in external auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
