Royal Nest Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support professional to join our team in Cilincing, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.
