📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects on-site.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor junior project team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Construction & Energy Sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
