📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
