Distribution Officer

Agung Wati Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. We are a growing coffee shop chain in Makassar, and we are committed to providing the best coffee experience to our customers. As a Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are distributed efficiently and effectively to our outlets.

This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution process, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in good condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the distribution process of coffee beans, equipment, and other supplies to our outlets.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution.
• Monitor and report on distribution performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all products are delivered in good condition and meet our quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and outlets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with coffee industry and its supply chain is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
