📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the financial performance of the hospital.,Provide strategic financial advice to the hospital's leadership team.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial health and stability of the hospital.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
