📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance costs to ensure cost efficiency.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
