Global Banking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring the company's compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a banking or financial services company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
