📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Manage and escalate IT issues to appropriate teams or vendors.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior IT staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
