📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.

Maintain accurate records and reports of operations.

Identify and address operational issues and implement solutions.

Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Indonesian citizenship or permanent residency.
