📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, ensuring optimal medication use and health outcomes.Manage and coordinate medication therapy for patients, including chronic disease management and preventive care.Conduct medication reviews and provide patient education to improve adherence and health outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and other pharmacists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.Monitor and evaluate medication use and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge, regulations, and best practices to provide the highest level of care.Participate in community health initiatives and programs to promote health and well-being.Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a community pharmacy or population health setting.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Valid pharmacy license and certification, as required by Indonesian law.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
