As a Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and employees.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Assist in the training and development of new store employees.,Handle any store-related administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
