📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are executed according to design specifications and project timelines.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, change orders, and variance analysis to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Procore.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols to protect workers and the public.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve construction processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., CMP, CAPM, or PMP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
