📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of FWA programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activities in the insurance sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify patterns and trends indicating fraudulent activities.
• Leverage tools such as SAS, Tableau, and Python to create dashboards and reports that visualize data and support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of FWA initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of FWA processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on FWA best practices and emerging trends in the insurance sector.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices in the FWA field to drive continuous improvement.
• Report to senior management on the progress and outcomes of FWA projects, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing FWA projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations, fraud detection techniques, and data privacy laws.
