Experienced Greenkeeper (Golf Course & Landscape Maintenance)

We are seeking a passionate Greenkeeper to maintain and enhance the beauty of our golf course and landscape. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our course remains in top condition, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for mowing, fertilizing, and maintaining the greens, fairways, and roughs. You will also be involved in irrigation management, pest control, and seasonal maintenance. Our team works closely with the golf course superintendent to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine mowing, fertilizing, and aeration of greens, fairways, and roughs using state-of-the-art equipment such as Toro and Cub Cadet.
• Manage irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads and drip systems, to ensure optimal water usage.
• Monitor and control pests and diseases using integrated pest management (IPM) techniques.
• Assist in seasonal maintenance projects, such as over-seeding, topdressing, and thatching.
• Work closely with the golf course superintendent to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed according to industry standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to golfers and guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance, preferably in a tropical climate.
• Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with equipment such as Toro, Cub Cadet, and other industry-standard tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
