📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Reviewing financial statements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure the integrity of financial records and transactions.
- Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control principles and practices.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CIA is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
