📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and draft precise patterns using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark and Optitex.
• Collaborate with designers to translate sketches and mock-ups into detailed, production-ready patterns.
• Ensure patterns are accurate and efficient, minimizing fabric waste and production time.
• Conduct quality checks to verify the correctness and consistency of patterns.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve pattern-making processes.
• Maintain and organize pattern files and records for easy access and reference.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure high-quality pattern development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the fashion and apparel projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pattern-making, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in the field.
• Proficient in using industry-standard pattern-making software such as Gerber Accumark and Optitex.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, seamstresses, and other team members.
• Familiarity with international sizing standards and measurements.
• Ability to travel within Jakarta Raya as required by the company.
