📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage production teams, ensuring efficient and effective operations.,Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.,Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Team Leader in electronics manufacturing.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.,Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other relevant quality management programs are a plus.
