📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
- Manage bar inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Work efficiently during peak hours and busy periods
- Assist in training new staff members
- Participate in team meetings and follow company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality role
- Familiarity with basic cocktail preparation and bar tools
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
