📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for shipping personal effects.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Work with shippers and logistics partners to arrange transportation and storage solutions.
• Monitor shipments to ensure they are on schedule and meet quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with shipping software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
