📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and hydraulic pressure gauges.
• Execute repairs and replacements of mechanical components, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend preventive maintenance measures to avoid breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and repair logs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, providing a safe working environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician or similar role.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing heavy machinery, with a focus on excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Certifications in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, such as Certified Heavy Equipment Technician (CHET) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and hydraulic pressure gauges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
