In your daily routine, you'll perform thorough room inspections, clean and sanitize rooms using industry-standard equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuums, and chemical solutions. You'll also handle linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring they are replenished and in top condition. Additionally, you'll assist in maintaining the common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms, to keep them immaculate and welcoming.

• Perform daily room inspections to ensure all rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms using industry-standard equipment and cleaning solutions.
• Handle linens, towels, and amenities, replenishing them as needed to maintain a high level of comfort.
• Maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms, to ensure they are clean and inviting.
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team.
• Assist in restocking and organizing supplies to keep the housekeeping department well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
